On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Taboo Resort, Golf & Spa wants you to be satisfied with every product we sell, but we realize you may change your mind on a purchase and wish to exchange a product.
Exchanges within 30 days only
Once we receive your returned item, we'll credit you the cost of the original item in full less the shipping and handling fee and send out your requested exchange product, provided that it is in stock.
Any item missing parts or broken may be refused for credit , Items may be subject to restocking fee at the discretion of management.
New and Unopened Returns within 30 days
We are happy to accept the products that are returned within 30 days from the date of receipt in new condition. Any item missing parts or broken may be refused for credit and subject to re-stocking fee at the discretion of management.
No custom orders are returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges.
How to return an item:

You will be issued a return form.
Safely pack your item(s) in the original package if possible, and enclose the completed Return Form along with a copy of the original Invoice and or packing slip that accompanied your shipment.
Cut off the Merchandise Return Label found on the Return Form. Place this label over the original shipping label.
Take it to your preferred carrier and send it back to us for prompt processing.
